Do I get a help manual with the software? STACKDES, and MECAWind come with a help file in PDF format. This file can be accessed from the main menu of the program, under the Help tab. The file is stored in the installed directory for the software, and can be opened using Adobe Acrobat. The manual is also suitable for printing. ---------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased software but do not know how to download the programs? You will receive a receipt by email, and in this email you will have the information necessary to download the software. You will also be able to access your online account to download the software (within the maintenance period) by accessing this link: https://secure.mecaenterprises.com/solo/customers/ ---------------------------------------------------------------- What happens to STACKDES at the end of my lease period? At the end of the lease period, STACKDES reverts to Demo mode. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Will I be entitled to downloads of the latest versions? You are entitled to free downloads for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The software will check when you launch it to see if updates are available. Note, if you are outside of the 1 year free upgrade period, installing a later version than which you are entitled will automatically disable your license. STACKDES: ---------------------------------------------------------------- How many users may use the software? Each license entitles one person at a time to use the software.
